When utilizing our services, clients are expected to adhere earnestly to the following terms and conditions:
- We do not guarantee 100% results on search engines, and quantifying sales or increased traffic resulting from the SEO campaign is not assured.
- Clients must neither exchange nor request links or adopt any spamming methods likely to degrade a website's ranking in top search engines.
- Clients do not own any doorway pages, redirects, duplicate pages or content, or duplicate websites.
- Advance payments are required and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Payments must be made within a week once the invoice is generated.
- Any changes made by the client to an optimized page or a failure to implement the amendments laid down by SEO Power Solutions will void any guarantee provided.
- We strictly adhere to ethical SEO policies and reserve the right to nullify any guarantee if a client adopts undesirable practices.
- SEO Power Solutions reserves the right to use client websites, collateral, wireframes, web designs, and layouts in marketing and advertising initiatives until instructed otherwise by the client.
Right to Client Website:
- Infinite access to traffic statistics for tracking and analysis needs.
- Consent to make amends for optimization and direct correspondence with our team if necessary.
- Access to the backend/administrative part of the site to analyze content and structure.
- If there is a lack of textual content on a client’s website, they must provide the needed text in electronic format or opt for SEO Power Solutions to produce website content at an additional cost.
- Permission to utilize client content, pamphlets, website images, trademarks, logos, and pictures as deemed essential for SEO purposes.
- An email ID is provided to help clients request links.
Loss of Service:
SEO Power Solutions does not take responsibility for service loss, data damage, unavailability of files, misuse of devices by other clients, malfunction of communication devices, or any other service beyond our control.
Indemnity and Warranties:
Clients guarantee that the material used on their site is not obscene, does not infringe on any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights, is free of corporate advertising elements against regulations, is free from misleading rate comparison, and does not violate the Defamation Act 1996.
Third-Party Fees:
Clients are responsible for fees charged by search engines for incorporating a listing, including pay-per-inclusion rates in directories such as Yahoo and MSN.
Hosting:
Clients acknowledge that hosting is not done on free web-space with domain forwarding. If the hosting IP address is for optimization reasons or is of any bad neighborhood, SEO Power Solutions may recommend changing the hosting provider.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Clients are prohibited from revealing customer information without the written consent of the customer except as needed for compliance with present judicial proceedings, subpoena, court order, or any other legal process offered by SEO Power Solutions.
